Occupational Therapist

Cerebral Palsy Focus
  1. Assess children with cerebral palsy and create therapy plans.
  2. Provide sensory, motor, and cognitive therapeutic interventions.
  3. Collaborate with professionals and train parents/caregivers, documenting progress.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • 2+ years of experience with children with cerebral palsy.
  • Certification in Sensory Integration or similar.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of therapy techniques.
  • Fluency in Hindi, Bengali, and preferably English.

Physiotherapist

Cerebral Palsy Focus/Pediatrics Physiotherapist
  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments with GMFCS and MACS.
  2. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans (NDT, PNF, myofascial release).
  3. Instruct and supervise therapeutic exercise programs.
  4. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for interdisciplinary care.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT or MPT) from a recognized institution.
  • State license or registration to practice as a Physiotherapist in West Bengal.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in physiotherapy, with additional experience in pediatrics physiotherapy dealing with cerebral palsy patients preferred.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Fluent in Bengali and Hindi, with clear communication skills in English.
