On May 21, 2024, Shri Sanjay Prakash, MD of the SBI Foundation, inaugurated the Artificial Limb Unit of the Main Building, which is 70,000 Sq. Ft. in Pailan, Joka, Kolkata. Sponsored by the SBI Foundation, this facility will provide Artificial Limbs to beneficiaries in need.

A new MSS service direction focused on hearing support and improved communication. The department can be presented as a dedicated pathway for hearing assessment, beneficiary guidance and hearing-aid support as the programme is formally launched.
A Unit of Mahavir Seva Sadan. The Joka project represents a new chapter in the MSS journey. The published MSS plan describes a 105,000 sq. ft. facility comprising a 70,000 sq. ft. Main Building, a 20,000 sq. ft. Multi-Speciality Medical Centre and a 15,000 sq. ft. Service Building. The campus brings together mobility, CP care, special education, rehabilitation, diagnostics and residential support.
MSS extends services through artificial-limb manufacturing and eye-care mobile units. The organisation's website reports more than 500 camps in India and internationally—bringing support closer to communities and beneficiaries.
